Introducing a new level in customer service and support - Just X-Cart Australia Helpdesk!

Every Just X-Cart client is now issued with their own helpdesk logins. The helpdesk allows you to post up your question, provide information or X-Cart access details and even upload a file, within a secure environment. No longer will you need to go hunting through your ‘Sent’ or ‘Deleted’ items folders for bits and pieces of information, answers to questions, quotes and resolutions to issues we have provided, etc. By utilising the helpdesk you keep information about a single topic/question self-contained in an individual ticket/thread which is stored even after the ticket is closed and made available to access in the future if needed.
 
Each ticket received is initially rated. If determined to be eligible for free support, the ticket will be answered without further delay. If the question or query falls outside our ‘free support’ conditions and therefore is considered a ‘fee-based’ enquiry, the client is notified and made aware of the cost to have their requests/tasks undertaken, prior to us proceeding so that they can accept or decline to continue with our assistance.
 
If posting up a Rapid Response Support request, if your ticket is rated as ‘fee-based’, please purchase our Rapid Response service from our online store, and then post up the Order ID into the ticket so we can easily confirm your purchase and payment of the service, and therefore attend to your task in the most prompt manner possible.  

Note: you must utilise Paypal as the payment method when buying Rapid Response service as we are unable to process these requests without advance payment.
 
Before logging a ticket, you may like to view our free resources including X-Cart manuals, Frequently Asked Questions, X-Cart Knowledgebase, X-Forum (official X-Cart/Qualiteam community forum) and X-Cart articles (our blog).
 
If you are having problems with understanding cPanel, log into your online control panel, and under the ‘Preferences’ section you can access the ‘Getting Started Wizard’, and dozens of ‘Video Tutorials’.
